Louis Bucci


Milford – Louis Bucci, 65, of Milford passed away Tues. May 8, 2012 in the Milford Regional Medical Center, Milford. He was the husband of Donna M. (DiBari) Bucci.

Mr. Bucci was employed as a courier for over 30 years for various companies in Central Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Most recently he worked for Microbac Laboratories in Worcester for 5 years, retiring in 2009.

He was born May 29, 1946 in Milford, son of the late Frederick and Mary (Pino) Bucci. He was a graduate of Milford High School, class of 1965.

Mr. Bucci served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Mr. & Mrs. Bucci observed their 35th wedding anniversary on Oct. 23, 2011.

Louis enjoyed travelling with his wife, cooking and fishing.

In addition to his wife Donna, he is survived by his brother Henry and his wife Diane Bucci of Wells, ME, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 11, 2012 at 9 AM from the BUMA-SARGEANT FUNERAL HOME, 42 Congress St., Milford followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 7 East Main St., Milford.

Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Medway Rd. (Rte. 109), Milford.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
